Client opted for contemporary façade with minimalistic treatment on all the sides, we worked according to their requirement and handed over the project with in the stipulated time frame.

Apartment with 6 dwelling units on a 2400 Sq.ft land, for Joint Venture project in Perungalthur.

The total built up area was around 3800 Sq.ft including the common areas. Construction began in 2011 and got completed and eventually sold in the year 2012.

The total built up area upon completion was around 4200 Sq.ft. This was a joint venture project, construction began in mid 2013 and completed in 2014.

A residentail building on a 2100 Sq.ft plot, the client already had his old dwelling unit in the plot,

we had revamped and constructed additional 2000 Sq.ft and camfloughed everthing in to one big residential building.

Thus we were able to give the client the refurbhished nostalgic old spaces and Contemporary new spaces to live in.

Quite a challenging site it was considering the shape of the land.
